A highly sought-after chalice, the Cobra Eye features a striking pattern of bold, glowing eyes set against deep contrasting flesh tones. It typically displays rich greens and teal tones with bright orange eye centers that create a strong contrast and signature “eye” pattern across each polyp.

As it grows, it encrusts across rockwork, forming a textured plate that adds color and depth to shaded or lower-light areas of the reef.

The Cobra Eye Chalice thrives in lower lighting and gentle, indirect flow. Stable parameters and occasional feeding can enhance growth and help maintain strong coloration. Over time, it develops into a slow-growing but high-impact showpiece for LPS or mixed reef systems.
