We stand behind the quality of our livestock and guarantee live arrival on all corals. In the rare event that a coral arrives deceased, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.

To process any claim, we require clear photographs of both the shipping box and the affected coral. Claims submitted after the 2-hour window may not be eligible for review.

Please note that we are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will do our best to work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

All approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
